Six core services. One coordinated design team.
ENGINEERING PRECISION ◆ MANUFACTURING FOCUSEvery deliverable is developed with the real manufacturing workflow in mind.

Parts, assemblies, engineering calculations and production-ready CAD.

From flat patterns and laser DXFs to complex welded assemblies.

Detailed cabinet systems and custom-built furniture, designed to be made.

Convert physical components, STL meshes and point clouds into editable CAD.

Production-focused modeling for machining, tooling, molds and additive.

The drawings and data your team needs to work accurately and consistently.
Practical answers before you share files, request a quotation or release drawings.
The right format depends on the project. Common deliverables can include native editable CAD files, neutral STEP files, 2D PDF drawings, DXF flat patterns and bills of materials. We confirm compatibility and file ownership before work starts.
Share a short description, photographs or references, known dimensions, materials, intended manufacturing process, required files and target deadline. Any tolerances or design rules supplied by your shop are especially useful.
Yes, depending on scan quality and the geometry involved. We first assess the mesh or point cloud, identify which surfaces and dimensions need reconstruction, and agree whether a reference model or fully parametric CAD model is required.
Sheet-metal projects can include formed 3D models, flat patterns and laser-cut DXF files. Material thickness, bend radius, tooling limitations, grain direction and the fabricator’s bend rules should be checked before release.
Drawings can be prepared for production, but the responsible manufacturer or engineer must confirm critical dimensions, tolerances, safety requirements, code compliance and shop-specific processes before manufacture.
Project documentation can be aligned with standards specified by the customer. The applicable code edition, scope of design responsibility and any required professional review or certification must be established at the outset.
We can organise files with drawing numbers, a BOM where relevant, and revision notes so changes can be tracked. Before handover, we agree the naming convention, deliverables, approval steps and whether ongoing revision support is needed.
We can discuss an ongoing CAD support arrangement alongside individual projects. Start by sharing the expected monthly workload, CAD platform, overlap hours and review process so the scope can be assessed.
Tell us what you are making. We will help shape the engineering work around it.
