• Chassis design and analysis, built around airbag suspension with auto-level, 12" electric drum brakes and 18" off-road wheels.
• Laser-cut routing for plywood, PVC foam and tubes, including holes for electrical connections.
• Furniture layout included, covering the slide-out kitchen and interior storage.
• Production documents: detailed BOM, BOQ, manufacturing drawings and assembly drawings, with support from design to build.

• Tri-axle flatbed semi-trailer with reinforced gooseneck, landing gear and aluminium diamond-plate deck.
• High-tensile steel frame (ASTM A572 Gr. 50) with orange powder coat, designed for welding to AWS D1.1.

• Part-numbered BOM covering frame, deck, axles, wheels, landing gear and lights, ready for the shop floor.

• Made for Armstrong Construction’s workshop in Canada, designed around the building dimensions supplied by the client.
• Easy to fabricate and install: the simplest workable design, keeping the BOQ to a minimum.
• OSHA-compliant: designed to OSHA stairway and handrail requirements (29 CFR 1910.25 and 1910.29).
• Safe installation: lifting and installation guidelines provided, compliant with CSA safety requirements.
• Galvanized steel stair with landings, handrails and supporting posts.

• Scan-to-CAD: point cloud and mesh data cleaned in 3D Xtract, then the existing structure rebuilt in SOLIDWORKS.
• Custom design of stairs, posts, handrails and supporting components, assembled in full 3D and coordinated with clients and stakeholders.
• Code-aware design: U.S. building codes such as IRC R311.7 (stairways), IRC R312 (guards) and IBC Chapter 10, plus manufacturing requirements.
• Fabrication package: fabrication and assembly drawings, sheet metal DXF files, post details and BOMs.
